Raw data pre-processor should check the data source

The pre-processor should check that the incoming data match the configuration (crate, slot, link). This is not the case now.
In addition, it should be possible to set the crate/slot/link according to the configuration, when in emulator mode (similarly to setting the correct timestamp.
