Kernel Core - Investigate and implement IOS IOBUF #3
Description
currently unknown what it does, what its for, structures etc etc...
all i know is that it uses the mem2 range @ 0x13C40000 - 0x13CC0000 (mapped by kernel on startup of IOS 58)
used in syscall 0x35 - 0x3E
seems to be some kind of linked list?
