How to create a new temperature to the project

I've added a page in the wiki to show others how to create a new temperature scale. The new scale will be used by the extensions for conversions to and from the existing scales.

In this page I have added more detail about the solution structure. I hope this will help others to contribute to the library.

There's much to do when you add a new temp scale. More work is required on the to and integration tests to make adding them easier.
