Update COAPI and refObjects post farcry app install #2
Description
Missing refObjects entries, missing COAPI deployments, and indexation optimisations. This is the default state post install and can be rectificed by the user. However, we probably need to run a call to index.cfm?updateall=projectkey to fix these things.
Note updateall does not appear to deploy indexation options at this time.
