Steam Workshop Mods are not loading properly (steam-workshop-mods-status-keys)

I am using steam-workshop-mods-status-keys
I installed both Arma and mods using Steam. They are visible in web panel.
For some reason loaded mods are reported to be deleted which is preventing user from either joining the server or selecting side.
