Add an analyzer that recommends using provider-specific Nanorm package if not being used #14
Description
If folks just install the Nanorm package but use it with SQLite or Npgsql they'll be missing out on the best experience. An analyzer in the Nanorm package could detect this scenario and emit a diagnostic recommending they install the appropriate provider-specific Nanorm package to get the better extension methods.
