Capital Cost Editor improvements.

Just a couple of ideas about Capital Cost Editor for your consideration:

1. A calculation of the net profit would be great:
   Sales of products+sales of by-products+ fuel-value credit - cost of raw materials - cost of utilities - annualized capital costs
   and include a calculation of the ACC based on number of years of amortisation and rate of ammortisation.
2. change the link in Capital cost/Equipments from www.mhhe.com inactive to www.matche.com
3. Equipment type is missing Columns, Fired-Heater, and what is present in the "Flowsheets Objects" of DWSIM.
