UIS 账户退出登录时没清 Cookie 和本地缓存

没清 Cookie 会导致再次请求还是请求到这个用户的数据。登出时应该：

• 清掉用户的所有 Cookie
• 重设 Authenticator.hostLastLoggedInDate
• 清掉所有 Store 的本地缓存
