Unrecognized currency symbol at search but working properly when selected

I have resolved this issue by using:

theme: CurrencyPickerThemeData(
currencySignTextStyle: const TextStyle(fontFamily: 'Roboto')
)

But can we provide CopyWith for the CurrencyPickerThemeData?
