[docs] deprecated `matlabpool` function in the docs

The `matlabpool` function is no longer available. The new function to refer to should be `parpool`

    NOTE: I would have submitted a PR, but the docs have no source. They are just a pdf file. The doc source files should probably be a part of the repo...
