Compatibility with Cellpose version 4.0

Thanks again for the great tool.

In the pyproject.toml file, it specifies that Cellpose version < 4.0 is required but I don't believe it is anymore given the updates you have implemented?

This means when installing usegment3D it uninstalls Cellpose version 4.0 and reinstalls version 3.0

API wise that is true lol, you could run it using cellpose-SAM (aka cellpose4).

Correct me if i'm wrong, but because they got rid of the diameter dependence in cellpose-SAM, our code does nothing now when using to run direct method with diameter scanning. If so, thats the same as predicting masks from cellpose4 and using the indirect method of aggregation. Also i think since they got rid of the model zoo, we can't use cyto, cyto2, cyto3 pretrained models....

for both of those points, i've reinforced installation of version 3.0 for now.... as we internally like the scanning feature for juicing out pretrained cellpose models :P
