feat: post a message when a PvP fight was initiated

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On servers with strict PvP rules it could make sense to log which player has initiated a fight and what gear level both parties currently have. An admin could then use these logs to punish people who didn't follow the rules.

Describe the solution you'd like
A message should be posted to a channel similar to the activity and kill feed.
This is what the message could look like:

18 mai 2024 00:05: Zerk (80) attacked Damon (80) with a Spear.

I'm not sure if this is something i will implement. It's a pretty narrow use-case and not trivial to implement.
It might make more sense to write a server-side mod that allows enforicng PvP rules.
