StashPlexAgent fails to match titles with multiple types of quotation marks.

I have a file with the following path /media/AB-123 There's some text here "And some more text 'ere with a contraction!"/AB-123 There's some text here "And some more text 'ere with a contraction!".mp4 and a plex title of AB-123 There's some text here "And some more text 'ere with a contraction!". This fails to be matched with a stash item at the same path and with the exact same title. There must be something weird with escapes as it seems to work with a single type of quote.
