Add test for min-nft-marketplace

The nft marketplace minimal implementation still lacks a test script.

• Script a test in Cairo for the contract, and keep your code commented, so a newbie can understand what each line of code does.

• Once done, update the Readme, adding a link to the test script under the min-nft-marketplace section.

• Open a PR
