Dasharo (UEFI) for Hardkernel Odroid M2 #1458

There is currently no Dasharo release for the Hardkernel Odroid M2 platform.
Describe the solution you'd like
A Dasharo release for Odroid M2, using edk2-porting/edk2-rk3588#218 as base.
The following issues need to be addressed:
- No Windows compatibility
- USB3 mass storage does not work
- Boot logo is incorrect
- Status LED does not work correctly
Where is the value to a user, and who might that user be?
A new platform for testing Dasharo (UEFI) on ARM
