Prepare docs for running and interpreting HLK tests

Brief description
Update the docs explaining the procedure of running tests on our Windows HLK instance

How the task should be done

• The docs must contain:
  - Short intro to HLK
  - Accessing HLK Studio - how, can multiple people use it at the same time
  - Managing devices (snipeit) - checking out, creating machine pools, deleting machine pools
  - Creating Projects - when to create one, why
  - Selecting devices for a project - how it relates to machine pools and snipeit
  - gathering, interpreting, sharing the results - how to
