Run the test with v1.8.0-rc8 binaries

Expected behavior

PASS, cabinet loaded, capsule update performed

Actual behavior

Cabinet fails to load
Specified firmware is older than the minimum required version '1.8.0 < 108.97.116
The --allow-older option to fwupdmgr local-install does not help as it's not only an "older" version, but also older than the oldest supported one, at least that's what fwupd gets

The update can be performed if we add --force flag to the local-install command.
With that, the update succeeds making FWUPD002.203 a pass.
Nevertheless it might be good to check what's going on with fwupd or the way it gets the LSV from the firmware.

Might be purely a QubesOS/fwupd issue

looks like an issue with how the version is parsed from ESRT

So, looks mostly like a QubesOS/fwupd issue

108.97.116 (0x6C 0x61 0x74) is actually ASCII for "lat". Could be a coincidence though. Either way it doesn't really look like 0x01080008 which is what I was trying to get because fwupd supports various version formats that can show up weirdly when set incorrectly.

Since it's most likely an issue with Qubes/fwupd, this will remain a known issue for the upcoming release (v1.8.0) and be addressed in the ongoing Capsule Update/fwupd project
