Brief summary
When an HDMI screen display is connected during boot, the internal screen display is not working.
Conditions:
- V560TND (probably also V560TNE)
- NVIDIA dGPU
- NVIDIA Optimus: dGPU + iGPU

How to reproduce
Start the laptop while an HDMI display is connected.
Expected behavior
Both the internal screen display as well as the external screen display work after booting.
Actual behavior
Only the external screen display works after booting.

- Windows 11 Pro, fully up-to-date, including all optional updates.
