Clear coat normal map seems wrong

It looks like from the khronos-ClearCoatTest that the differences in the 4th and 6th rows may be due to applying the wrong normal map to each surface (since there are two)?

Ah yes, clearcoat normal map is indeed a problem. I just realized that I never finished the implementation :) I'll look into it...
