Compatibility with osTicket v1.16 (PHP 8.0)

Hi there. First of all thank you for your excellent plugin.

We have updated our helpdesk to the latest version running on PHP8.0 and this plugin no longer works. Can you please update to work with new version?

I second. I need too as I also updated to v.1.17 and the plugin is no more working.

Check out https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-plugins
Clone the repo to your include/plugins folder and run the following:
php make.php build osTicket-Microsoft-Teams-plugin/
This will build the Phar file that is required for the newer osTicket. I now have the Teams Plugin working on my osTicket.

Thanks, @RobertDWhite. the issue is that the OsTicket is hosted outside our domain and we don't have access to the machine. we can only FTP the files. Note that we tried to generate the file locally but had no luck. Does this specific environment generate a phar file?
