Syncing vensim and stan input on decimation

1. should I follow stat or SD custom (N vs (endtime - starttime)/time_saveper) for input format (for experiment comparison, between finer vs longer which is better?)

2. for below, whould it be better to change time step of process noise also? (considering process noise is stocked whitenoise when corr time over time step is 1) building on below from :takeout_box: Think outside the box on box variables: Latent variable ~ Stock variable? change (flow-flowStock)/tau with tau=DT to tau = something small, but fixed and >2*DT. That way if the RK45-auto routine is slicing DT into smaller intervals, the integration will be stable. If DT is .0625, tau=.25 would probably work well, for example.

3. In stanify, I no longer use time_step(=DT), and changed to time_savepar. I chosetime_saveper = .125, tau = .5 Would you agree these are the correct setting if the goal is to sync vensim and stan input so that we can compare their outputs?
