Enhance facet filtering to fetch JSON and update facet state (AI Facet Selection)

Update the existing "Search all filters" component (or create a new component) to fetch and process example JSON facet selections, supporting the AI Facet Selection proof of concept ( see DataBiosphere/data-browser#4612).
