Subset scattered results by status

Today: When a scatter runs over hundreds of tasks or hundreds of sub-workflows, that's a lot of data to parse through. Ideally, users would probably want to subset that scatter information by all things that are already Running, or Succeeded/Failed, or Aborting/Aborted.

Add the ability to subset scattered tasks/sub-workflows by all available executionStatus values
