♻️ Update rum-events-format

[mormubis]

Motivation

Updates rum-events-format submodule to pull in device capabilities attribute refactoring from DataDog/rum-events-format#337.

Not affecting browser properties

Changes

• Updated rum-events-format submodule from d555ad8 to 32918d9
• Regenerated TypeScript type definitions for telemetry and RUM events

Test instructions

1. Verify the TypeScript types compile without errors: yarn build
2. Confirm type definitions match the upstream schemas in rum-events-format
