This is simple for now because we are testing with one instrumented process at a time. This section (and all relative ones) will need to be updated accordingly later.

What does this PR do?
It makes use of the information newly made available by the ebpf profiler in order to correlate traces and profiles by adding the runtimeID tag and the spanID, transactionID and traceID labels to the profile.
Motivation
This will enable the use of the existing code-hotspots feature for any instrumented code containing the desired data in the specified formats.
