Update GSON >= 2.11.0 #927

Feature description
This project is still using GSON 2.10.0, which has problems with Proguard/R8 that has been fixed starting with version 2.11.0.
Would you take into consideration upgrading the dependency?
Proposed solution
It would be great to update it to the latest version (2.13.1), but maybe it has certain implications.
