[BUG]: Datadog.Trace.Bundle is too big, crashes dependabot

Bug Report

The size of the unpacked Datadog.Trace.Bundle package has reached 600MB. This plays badly with github dependabot, whose runners have limited disk space available, and result in failed dependabot runs with log entries such as

- error-message: System.IO.IOException: No space left on device : '/home/dependabot/.nuget/packages/datadog.trace.bundle/3.31.0/datadog.trace.bundle.3.31.0.nupkg'
