We would like to see this option set to false by default so the internal Couchbase spans are disabled by default.

Back in #6763 a new option was added to ignore the internal spans that are created by Couchbase. This was primarily due to the increase in Span traffic from the recently updated couchbase instrumentation. Is there a path to change the default to be false by default? It would be a breaking change so its a larger discussion.
