fix(iast): patch simplejson.encoder to handle LazyTaintDict properly (#7428) [backport 1.19] (#7456)

IAST: SimpleJSON encoder should handle LazyTaintDict and LazyTaintList
by encoding their inner Dict and List, without this change, it would
throw an exception because they are not serializable objects.
