Hello,

Release 3.140.0 introduced a potentially breaking change by changing the labels assigned to the Datadog agent pods. The corresponding PR is #2111.

Existing network policies relying on the previous labels no longer work and need to be updated before the Datadog agent can be upgraded.

It would be great to have something in the values file that allows to overwrite the default labels. Using agents.additionalLabels doesn't help, it duplicates labels if they already exist.
I can prepare a PR for this if needed, but first I'd like to know if this would be an acceptable move.
