可以改进一下 flink 镜像里必须要有local:///opt/dinky/jar/dinky-app-1.18-1.2.1-jar-with-dependencies.jar' , flink镜像没有这个jar ，flink on k8s 无法启动,能否保证flink基础惊醒 不用添加其他的外部jar,可以以其他方式，拿到这个jar 嘛
