Run flinkjar with on yarn application failed, root case "time out", Please help #4359

- I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.
What happened
Step One :
used custom flink jar run
Step Two :
All yarn log , time out case
What you expected to happen
It`s should be run successfull
How to reproduce
- upload yourself flink jar
- run yourself flink jar with on yarn application
Anything else
The same yarn cluster, fink sql is nothing， fink jar is wrong
