[Bug] [Dinky Web] On FlinkJar task development, unable to refresh resource list to select jar file

What happened

在注册中心-资源中可以查看到 hdfs 路径下的 jar 包资源

但是在 flinkjar 开发页面右侧，程序路径下拉菜单中只显示【Root】没有其他文件

What you expected to happen

程序路径下拉菜单中显示结果与注册中心-资源一样
