Add missing column types to the doc

I noticed that the type string-utf8 and html-utf8 (from recent commit) are missing in the documentation page: columns.type (source page).
There should be 9 types so far for the column.

Related documentation page for Search Builder (columns.searchBuilderType) (source page) is also not updated.
Also the type array is not mentioned as well. (see the example in here using array type)
