Update README with LabelFusion logo and comprehensive fusion documentation

- Add Logo_labelfusion.png to README header
- Rebrand from TextClassify to LabelFusion focus
- Feature AutoFusionClassifier as primary innovation
- Add actual performance benchmarks from AG News dataset
- Update all examples to reflect current codebase
- Remove Claude classifier references (not implemented)
- Add production features documentation (caching, results management)
- Update repository URLs to github.com/DataandAIReseach/LabelFusion
- Add comprehensive fusion architecture explanation
- Include citation information and paper reference
