seems that u have deep understanding of body measurements. as experts what do u think is the highest precision that possible to get of body measurements from image ? what is the minimum error of cm?

Anthropometry from a 2D image? The issue there is ambiguity, but in controlled environments you could get pretty close (a couple of cm of error depending on the measurements.)

Please refer to my PhD dissertation - it's freely available. I wrote a whole chapter on 2D anthropometry and compared the SOA at the time.
