Fix the character conversion artefacts in the MD files

Some rare characters were improperly converted by the online tool.

Example:

I occupied myself in watching the sea49;gulls.
I thought on the way a believing soul follows the Saviour �- hovering, yet following.

After concatenating all 23 MD files and using BabelPad to analyse the Unicode character counts, these three lines are for the conversion artefacts.

U+0009		41	<control>
U+001E	�	534	<control>
U+001F	�	43	<control>

So which 3 characters in the RTF files were improperly converted by the online tool ?

U+0009 is not an artefact. It's a horizontal tab character.

One example of the third listed artefact is found in half-an�hour.

Two other conversion artefacts found in Letter01.md are in these words:

• mill49;pond
• sea49;gulls

Maybe I should look for a more reliable online conversion tool ?
