The license file is invalid as Apache License 2.0 #117
Description
I'm trying to procure the package to my corporate (J.P. Morgan & Chase) internal repo, but the license file failed at validation.
If open up the history of Katana's LICENSE.txt, you could see their license file was updated in January 2019 to include the whole language in Apache License 2.0:

I hope you could do the same so the corporate users may use the package. Thank you very much.
