Centralize XGA file name definitions as constants #1483
Description
The output files should have a consistent convention, just as the DAXA ones do.
Put the XGA file name standards in one place, as Python 'constants', and then just format them in the various spectrum generation wrapper functions.
Would make some of those functions MUCH neater.
