Combining event lists in eSASS now throwing a 'does not exist' error for the infile - looks like it is being cut off?

Don't know why this is just starting to happen, but we are getting these errors, though weirdly for one at a time:

ProductGenerationError: [[ProductGenerationError('eROSITAError raised by - evtool/validate_tEvtool: STOP infile /mnt/lustre/projects/astro/general/jp735/daxa_output/archives/erass1de_d does not exist- JOEXGA-235 is the associated source, the specific data used is combined-combined.')]]

I started doing this work in the wrong branch, previously closed, so just leaning into it... urgh

My changes seem to have worked for the creation of combined event lists - will keep this open for the time being however
