Combining segmented ROIs into single ROI

Hello,

Thank you for a very helpful package!

I would like to combine multiple segmented ROIs (e.g. CD45, Pan-CK, Rest) into a single "Full" ROI, and wanted to check if there was any pre-existing function available/recommendations on how to go about this? For example is it reasonable to sum raw counts or combine post-normalisation?

Hi @bkinnersley , there is no pre-existing function for doing so, and you should combine it using raw count instead of post-normalisation ones, you can either do sum or mean of the count, depends on your question.
