Portable configuration feature request

Hello,

Following the discussion here, I would like to request the ability to have a portable configuration setting for deadbeef.

Right now, the configuration is stored automatically in the user's home directory. If one wants to make a portable configuration for deadbeef, where the software and configuration is stored in a USB stick or cloud storage, this is not possible, because the configuration will be stored on each computer he uses. I would like to request the ability to set the configuration folder location, or to have a special build of deadbeef suited for portable setups.

By configuration, I mean the UI customization, open/unsaved playlists, and any other setting that would be persistent in deadbeef normally.

It would be nice to separate general settings (in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME?) that can be transferred between different devices (things like UI layouts and column formats, keyboard shortcuts, shell command definitions) from the application state, data, and cache ($XDG_STATE_HOME, $XDG_DATA_HOME, $XDG_CACHE_HOME?) which may be specific to the device and private (like playlists, library directories, parameters like filechooser.lastdir, window geometry, authentication secrets).

So that config files of these general settings (in XDG_CONFIG_HOME) can be synced between devices via git. (e.g. The best way to store your dotfiles: A bare Git repository **EXPLAINED** - Ackama)

Maybe that's a separate feature request...
