Japanese Point Gauge Display not working #3

Hello, what a lovely mod, kudos to maker.
Sadly the "Japanese Point Gauge Display" doesn't work for me at all, I had issues with JP voice as well to the point there I just used this patcher
I did everything exactly like in the instruction. I'm using PPSSPP 1.19.3. I tried to use essentials with ULES00600.ini and ULUS10136.ini and while 600 is kinda working (only uncensored cards) the 136 didn't had any sound. I tried to reset/reload, play without any other cheats but still the issue persists.
