Scaling Properties

Ability to set properties to either CONSTANT or PERCENT.
Node must:

• Be able to automatically update which type it is when it is set (based off float or integer input)
• Upon display, be able to accurately differentiate which type it should use and act accordingly
• Be able to return an int value based off an input int
