Creation of a new module (tzatziki-front) and sub module (tzatziki-playwright) to handle front browser based testing. Module will bring all the boilerplate and tools to easily start the testing of a front app. For the first release, we will dev a first integration with playwright, bu the tzatziki-front abstraction will provide the possibility to plug another engine like selenium.
