System Instruction Constructor

Been working on a GPT that yields formatted system instructions. Uses retrieval to read ChatGPT's Prompt engineering documentation and provide a response to a prompt outline. the idea here is to make sure the instructions you are giving the other GPTs are consistent, robust, and well formatted. Used it recursively to improve the output since I couldn't use it to create the GPT obviously. Please let me know what you think, might be a good addition to this project.
