Manually triggering my basler camera in dlc-live or dlc-live-gui

Hi! I want to use the basler camera with dlc-live/gui but I want it to be triggered manually. I can use the arduino to do that but I want to know where in the code I can make the changes to accomplish that. Kindly guide me about it.
