Unable to crop manually extracted frames in napari #151

Hi,

I am trying to manually extract frames from a video in napari (dlc 2.3.8).
I am follwing this pipline: Selecting the video after selecting manual extraction in dlc> In napari selecting my frame of interest in the main video layer> Adding a rectangle shape over the area I want to crop> Running napari-crop so that I have a new cropped layer (here I run into the issue that the cropped layer's 'root' is different to the original layer, so I have to update the root in the napari console). This seems to work when I click "Extract frame" in the cropped layer. BUT I seem to have the crop skewed a bit (see attached image: the extracted frame for some reason crops the open field on the right even though the shape I draw for the crop covers the field properly). Do you know why this issue occurs and how to get the crop extracted exactly as much as the size of the shape drawn?

Morever, On the napari-dlc hub I see " add a Shapes layer, draw a rectangle in it with the desired area, and hit the button Store crop coordinates; coordinates are automatically written to the configuration file." But this does not really automatically save the cropped cordinated onto my config file. Do you know why?

Thank you !
