deleteMultilingualGlossary with glossaryId

You cannot call `deleteMultilingualGlossary` with the `glossaryId` argument, since the method is package-private. In my opinion it should be public.
I do not see any reason for it not being public, especially because the equivalent `deleteGlossary` method with `glossaryId` argument also is public.
