Hide / update blog links

Once https://github.com/DefangLabs/defang-mvp/issues/2321 and #305 are complete, we should hide all links (in nav, etc. that point to the docs blog or redirect them back to the website blog). Need to make sure to appropriately update blog links on the website as well.
